Policy Owner: KIM Tipvireak Rith

Version: 1.0 (Public)

Purpose

Reversify Creative is committed to maintaining the highest standards of ethical conduct in all our work, particularly when engaging with or on behalf of civil society organizations, non-governmental organizations (NGOs), and the communities they serve. This policy establishes our zero-tolerance stance on sexual exploitation, sexual abuse, and sexual harassment (SEAH), and sets out the obligations of all members of the Reversify Creative team regardless of their role or engagement type.

  • Full-time and part-time team members
  • Freelancers, contractors, and consultants engaged on any project
  • Interns, volunteers, and any other persons acting on behalf of Reversify Creative

It applies in all contexts: on-site, remote, at client or partner locations, at events, and in any online or digital environment related to our work.

Definitions

  • Sexual Exploitation: Any actual or attempted abuse of a position of vulnerability, differential power, or trust for sexual purposes, including profiting monetarily, socially, or politically from the sexual exploitation of another person.
  • Sexual Abuse: Actual or threatened physical intrusion of a sexual nature, whether by force or under unequal or coercive conditions.
  • Sexual Harassment: Any unwelcome conduct of a sexual nature that creates an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment. This includes verbal, non-verbal, written, and physical conduct.
  • Beneficiaries and Vulnerable Persons: Individuals who receive services or support through programs connected to our clients, including people affected by poverty, displacement, disability, or marginalization.
